***Weapons and Maala are referenced from actual pieces used by Baba Deep Singh Ji***
Baba Deep Singh Ji, the great Saint Warrior, scribe of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, and first jathedar of Damdami Taksal. Baba ji was also present in the battle during the invasion of Sirhind led by Banda Singh Bahadur. After the attack on Harmandir Sahib by Ahmed Shah Abdalis army in 1757, Baba Ji at the age of 75, challenged Sikh youth village to village to join him in liberating Harmandir Sahib and avenging the descretion. 5000 Singhs led by Baba Ji fought 20000 Afghans and liberated Harmandir Sahib from Abdali's occupation. Baba Ji is known in the battle to fight with his decapitated head in his hand, as he had done ardas to Guru Ram Das Ji that he may be able to bow down at Harmandir Sahib one last time after the battle. Baba ji's plea was granted and after the Khalsa took back Harmandir Sahib, Baba Ji laid his head infront of Guru Ram Das ji's Darbar one last time.
